Refund Policy

All bookings made through Dimension Travel / Jetsetting with Jeanette are subject to the policies of the individual travel suppliers, including but not limited to airlines, hotels, tour operators, and transportation providers. As such, refunds, cancellations, and modifications are not guaranteed and are strictly governed by the terms and conditions of the third-party supplier(s).

Dimension Travel acts solely as a booking intermediary and does not issue refunds directly for services rendered by third-party suppliers. Any request for a refund must be submitted in accordance with the supplier’s policies, and applicable fees, penalties, or non-refundable deposits may apply.

Clients are strongly encouraged to review all supplier terms and purchase comprehensive travel insurance to protect against unexpected cancellations, delays, or changes in travel plans.

By booking with Dimension Travel, you acknowledge and accept that all payments are final unless otherwise stated in writing, and that Dimension Travel shall not be held responsible for any denial of refunds by third-party suppliers.
