Third-Party Services – The Company acts solely as an intermediary between you and third-party travel suppliers (including airlines, hotels, tour operators, transportation providers, and other vendors). We do not own, operate, or control these suppliers and are not responsible for their acts, errors, omissions, or negligence.

Assumption of Risk – Travel involves inherent risks, including but not limited to delays, cancellations, changes in accommodations, accidents, illness, weather conditions, natural disasters, political events, and other circumstances beyond the Company’s control. You voluntarily assume all such risks when booking and participating in travel arranged through us.

Limitation of Liability – To the fullest extent permitted by law, the Company shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, or special damages arising out of or relating to your use of this website, your booking, or any travel services provided by third-party suppliers.

Travel Documents & Compliance – It is your sole responsibility to obtain and maintain valid passports, visas, travel insurance, vaccinations, and other required documents for travel. The Company shall not be responsible for denied boarding, entry, or participation due to lack of proper documentation or compliance with government regulations.

Force Majeure – The Company shall not be liable or responsible for any failure or delay in performance due to acts of God, natural disasters, strikes, labor disputes, government actions, pandemics, or other events beyond its reasonable control.
By using this website and booking travel through – Dimension Travel, you agree to these terms and conditions and release the Company from any and all liability arising from your travel activities.
